Dr Zoe CooksonAbout Zoë

I am a committed and dynamic leader with twenty years’ experience of successfully delivering both ongoing work and innovative change projects in the public sector.

I have a broad range of experience from community safety, education, and children’s services through to health commissioning and change projects in health, including acute service reconfiguration. My work has been consistently praised by stakeholders and included in both Home Office and DCSF (Department for Children Schools and Families) guidance as national best practice.

As a freelance consultant I have completed work for a range of public sector clients including six different CCGs, three local Councils, a GP Federation, a NHS Commissioning Support Unit and a NHS Foundation Trust. I have written business cases and undertaken analysis work for two private sector clients (AYLI Ltd and IEWM) and worked as an associate coach with KM&T to deliver the NHSE Quickstart GP Improvement Programme.

I have also built a reputation for writing high quality reports, bids, business cases and other documents.
